As a new or repeat parent, you never stop second guessing yourself: Did the baby get enough food? Why isn’t the baby burping? Is the belly button supposed to look like that? Is the baby’s head supposed to look like that? Am I ever going to sleep again? How do I bath the baby? Is that rash normal? Is my baby yellow? When should I call the doctor? Why am I so tired? Why am I crying all the time? Am I supposed to be bleeding this much? When is my milk going to come in? Is my incision healing well? Am I allowed to eat that?
